London, June 5, 2013 – Visa Inc. (NYSE:V) today announced that mPOS device manufacturer Miura Systems is participating in the Visa Ready Program for mobile acceptance (mPOS) providers, a streamlined process for the approval and licensing of new payment solutions for use with Visa products.
Only devices that meet Visa’s high standards of security are granted Visa Ready status.
Miura Systems will be able to use the Visa Ready symbol to market its Shuttle mPOS Chip & PIN device, and will work closely with Visa to continue to create innovative solutions for merchants and consumers.
