The traditional terminal has been transformed with the release of ground-breaking Shuttle fully approved PED for which Miura has a 100,000 strong order book.Designed to transact payments via smartphones, feature phones and tablets, Shuttle is incredibly small and light (around the size of a mobile phone) and so fits easily in a shirt or blouse pocket for extreme portability.
Shuttle uses Bluetooth or WiFi to provide low cost, secure payment authorisation for both on-line and off-line EMV payments. Crucially, it is fully compatible with VISA Chip and Pin requirements, and the card holder experience is entirely consistent with PIN entry on a traditional device.
